Product returns and complaints

From shrink wrap unopened unused printed books sold and delivered to mainland Finland have a 14-day right of return from the date of arrival of the product. Printed books sold and delivered outside Finland are not returnable,

Digital products have no right of return or exchange, as delivery of the product has started within the 14 days of the right of return.

If the product you have ordered and delivered to mainland Finland is defective, please inform us as soon as possible, but no later than 8 days after receipt of the order by e-mail to order ( at) alfamer.fi. Please enclose the invoice or a copy of the invoice and state the reason for the return, and we will send you instructions for a customer refund. We will contact you if necessary. If the product you have ordered has been delivered outside mainland Finland and the product is defective, please contact us by e-mail at order ( at ) alfamer.fi and send us detailed information and photos of the product and the defect. A defective product delivered outside Finland is not eligible for a return, but we will be in touch with you to discuss the possible refund policy.
